Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders under $100 within the United States. Olga Lorencin Skin Care ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7–10 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it.

For international orders, we currently ship with DHL (shipping cost will be calculated at checkout). Please note that Olga Lorencin Skincare does not reimburse or pay for custom fees on international orders.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We have a big reputation but we are a small brand, so everything is boxed up right out of our clinic in Beverly Hills and sent to you with love. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed at our clinic before shipping. In most instances, if your order is placed before 11am PT Tuesday–Friday, we'll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 11am PT on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it out the next possible business day. In rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our clinic that result in shipping delays of up to a full business day.

Once processed, orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail and take between 1–3 days to be delivered. Please refer to the USPS Priority Mail Shipping Map for a delivery estimate per your own zip code.

If you need your product(s) to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. To request a return authorization, please email: with your name, order number, name of the product, and the reason for your return. Upon review, our customer service desk will respond with your authorization.

Due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19 we are temporarily halting the acceptance of returned goods. Please contact if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will find a way to accommodate.
