Shipping/Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders under $100 within the United States. Olga Lorencin Skin Care ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7–10* business days from the time you place your order until you receive it. 

For international orders, we currently ship with DHL (shipping cost will be calculated at checkout). Please note that Olga Lorencin Skincare does not reimburse or pay for custom fees on international orders.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All orders are processed within one business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Once processed, orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail and take between 1–3 days to be delivered. Please refer to the USPS Priority Mail Shipping Map for a delivery estimate per your own zip code.

*Please note for new product launches and restocks, processing and shipping times can be extended due to higher demand. But rest assured, our little elves will work tirelessly to get your goodies to you ASAP.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to return products. All sales are final. 

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Olga Lorencin Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Olga Lorencin Skincare is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
