How do I get started creating a registry?
When you go to create a registry for the first time, you will also be creating an account profile on our store. If you already have an account on our store because you’ve ordered from us online before, you’ll need to first login to your account.
How do I purchase a gift from someone's registry?
To purchase a gift, you do not need to have an account on our site or be logged in. Simply go to the registry "FIND" section to search by the person’s name to find their registry. You'll be given a list of items the person has requested. Click the "Add to Cart" button to purchase gifts.
Can I register for any event? Such as a shower, birthday, anniversary, or a holiday wish list?
Yes! When creating a new registry, you can give it any title to reflect whatever the event or occasion is to you. You do have to enter an “Event Date” though.
I'd like to make changes to my registry. How can I do this?
If you have any changes to make to your registry or to your profile, simply login to your account, go to the registry "MANAGE” section and then click on the registry you’d like to manage. You can edit your message, image, or products. Also at the top next to “Registry Home” you’ll see a link for “Profile.” That is where you can change your registry information, contact information and shipping information. If you get stuck, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help with the changes you need.
How do I include a message with my gift?
Messages can be left in the "Special Order Instructions/Registry Notes" box in your Shopping Cart during checkout. If you've already made the purchase, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we'll be sure to include the message with your gift.
Will the recipient be notified of my gift purchase?
Yes, the person will be notified by email of your purchase.
Will my friends and family be charged shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, all year long. No minimum order amounts are required.
How long will it take to get things that have been purchased from my registry.
Orders typically ship the following day that an item is purchased. Olga Lorencin Skin Care ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Typically orders arrive within 2–3 days, but please allow 7–10 business days for receipt.
What happens if I need to return an item that was sent to me as a gift?

I've made a purchase, but the registry list has not updated.
The registry list will update to reflect the purchases you've made, but not always immediately. Please allow up to 48 hrs.
How can I purchase a gift if I'm located outside the U.S.?
At this time, we do not process international orders through our online store. But you may give us a call at +1.310.657.9188 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to process it for you.
When items go on sale will my registry update to reflect the sale price?
Yes, your registry will update to reflect any current sale prices.
What if I get duplicates of a gift?
If you get duplicates of a gift you can exchange them for other products in store.
How long will my registry be posted after my event?
Your registry will be active for one year after your wedding or event. After this time it will be deleted.
Can I register for Gift Cards?
Yes. When you create your registry, you may add Gift Cards as the products you’d like to receive, just like any other product.
What are a Registrant and Co-Registrant?
The Registrant and Co-Registrant refer to a couple who have signed up for a registry together.
If an item is out of stock can I add it to my registry?
Absolutely. If something is temporarily out of stock, we replenish stock very quickly. You can add anything on our website to your registry, and your friends can even purchase things that are out of stock. As soon as we get it restocked, it will ship.
